Default Model Agency Idea... Need Your Advice

In an earlier post, DominicW mentioned an idea i rather like the sound of. It would be great if you could all add your input to this idea.

Here's what he said:

"Modeling agencies could distribute a database with full color pics and data on their models."

How could that idea be fleshed out. Looking for creative ideas here from everyone. Not only would it help me, but someone may something that triggers another idea for another member.

Thanks in advance.

Hey Stewart,

Thinking out loud here. You could have a module that is a database of models with photos, contact info, and bios, another that is a database of jobs with contact info and points of contact. You keep a schedule module for open jobs and availability of top talent. Maybe a mail merge for getting form letters out to both models and employers (I don't know that industry, so not sure how relevant that would be). When you get the web automation, maybe there are sites where you can scan for newly posted modeling jobs and match against the available talent you have. Make sense? I think you're on to something and if you dig into this there's something there.

Best,
Steve

Hi Stewart, just my thoughts, if you set the person editor up in a different way it will show up like an
ID card ( you may not have came across it ) then add extra text editor fields like, height, hair colour, eyes colour, special talents like, acting, modelling, hands, feet,.etc...... then they can use the search box with key words to find the right person for that particular job, ie. London, Female, hands, model,
The list go's on and on,

I don't Know but, they must have something like this already...but then again who knows, it may be a go'er
