I am not necessarily talking about offline businesses as a customer, but as a partner.

If you have a product then there is no reason not to target some offline businesses to resell your software products. They already have incoming customers.

You can give them a few free copies to test the water and let them keep all the sales proceeds. The cds won't cost much to produce using Kunaki.

Once it proves to be a seller, you can become 50% partners or sell them wholesale.

Don't forget that once a person purchases, you can sell them other things including upgrades to a professional version upgrades every year to the product they purchased. That would be 100% profit to you.

That's right folks, I started on ebay with a small run from Kunaki ( excellent quality service) to test the water
as it were, and get some feed back, and then picked a local store which has an online presence, got the owners names from there and took along a sample, I told them I sell them on ebay (which sort of proves the product sells) but would like to offer the product to them to sell in there store, and that I could brand it for them to link to there website ( they loved that idea ) Tweaked the software and ordered a box load from kunaki and gave them the ( CDs in a DVD box ) last week, things should start moving in a few weeks as they ( the owners ) have been in a tournament in Spain

We also spoke about a download version to be added soon.

I'll let you know how it go's

Sweet! The nice thing about Kunaki is being able to ship it to any store in the world.

Neal will be able to hit store after store with more and more proof the software sells.

Neal, did you set this up as a wholesaler or a partner with the store owners?

I've sort of set it up as a partnership at the moment, I said they are the first company I have offered this to, and Have pulled the product from ebay. If I feel they are not completely behind it I'll offer it to some one else,
They have a lot of credibility as they are champions in there field and if they get behind it and endorse it,
it could do really really well

I did a new short Pro-mo video for it which they are putting on there youtube site.
I also mentioned the new PLATINUM version later in the year with web interaction, ( if all go's well with Thomas )
For the record, I built the software with trial mode set, so they have to get the code and I get every purchasers email address for future products / updates, and all help videos and updates come from my
software site.

That is one of the things I love about software. Registering software is common and people understand it is normal to register their copies. Even in the IM niche, most people don't think twice about it. That makes it easier for use to get them into our autoresponders.
