Hi there

I am very new to this forum and still finding my way.

I purchased the Xtreme Package and would like to know where to start

Where would I find the tutorial videos dedicated to the Xtreme Package?

I've already played around with the Xtreme Package and started with PDFXtreme and MindMap Xtreme.

I have no idea how this forum works so I'll remain glued to this screen until someone to responds Lol :)

Thanks
Amien

Hi Amien!

Great to see you finally on the forums. :)

I don't have any video tutorials on the Xtreme software. I do tutorials based on feedback. If a particular question keeps popping up I will do a video. I think you saw videos of MindmapXtreme. PdfXtreme works similar but is page based. So you add your different documents on a page.

If there is a question you have I would be happy to answer or do a video showing how to do it.

The best way I found to learn a program is to start creating a project. If you have multiple PLR products then I would see how I could use them to create a single product. For instance, maybe you want to create a "How to get traffic" product since you have a lot of PLR for traffic.

For PdfXtreme I would get the best plr ebook that I would use as the main document. Throughout the ebook I would highlight a section and add a document that explains that highlighted section in more detail. That could be another ebook, video or a diagram explaining how to the user would do what the comment talked about. Continue doing that until you have a killer product. I guarantee by the time you are done it would be very unique.

For MindmapXtreme you could do something similar to what I did with FreedomMap. Just set up topics and subtopics and attach documents to each with the different plr.

Hi Amien,

Yup. Just as Thomas said. Get into the program and explore it. You won't break anything. If you have any issues or get stuck on how to add a document, do a "build" or whatever, just ask and Thomas or one of us will give you some specific instruction.

Good to have you here!

Hi Thomas

I'm happy you and Mel responded.
It felt a bit lonely in here :)

Ok so allow me for just this one time to write you a lengthy note to explain my challenge (as a first time user) with the Xtreme Package software.

Yes I watched your MindmapXtreme and PdfXtreme videos and got into the software to explore and play around with it.
However, I'm just not getting to grips with it yet especially in understanding the broader view of how the 4 Xtreme Package software package works, namely, MindmapXtreme, PdfXtreme, KanbanXtreme & DiagramXtreme.

I also watched your FreedomMap Front End video (By the way, I was unable to purchase your Freedom Map OTO so did not watch that video to help give me further insight)
On top of this I peruse a bonus course using PLR set up in PDFXtreme by one of your affiliates.
This bonus version had an older version of Xtreme package so it complicated matters even further :)

Admittedly, this might all be very simple to work out.
But right now I'm stuck.

And I just could not find any specific video tutorials on the Xtreme Package except for the videos on the sales page.
I know these videos took a lot of effort but these seemed not to address addressed the finer details
And that's when I decided to seek your help.
So after all this getting into the software, I decided to write to you now only as I desperately wanted to work this all out on my own.

I'm not sure where to start with the challenges I have so let me start from the very beginning:

CHALLENGE 1 @ the Start Up Phase: Ok, so starting afresh, I open up PDFXtreme as an example. I then pull in a prepared PLR course in PDF Format. Next I just stare at the screen. Why? Because I saw in the FreedomMap Front End software sales video, that I needed to open up the software as an administrator and then I first have to to do some kind of a back up so that I don't change the original document. Ok so what to do now when (1) I start afresh and (2) when I have a ready made product I'm working on, which is in either a newer or older version of Xtreme? When do I backup, restore or repair? - How do I start up configuring everything for the various Xtreme Package scenarios. So this is an example of one of my challenges I have at the start up phase.

I've spent just under 45 minutes working through this REPLY so let me stop here for now, as I need to leave for a meeting. My plan was to also share my challenges during the middle phase when adding various docs, videos, Kanban etc and also the challenges I have when finally ending off. How to brand with my own name , share, create PLR rights etc etc and all the details of how to fill in that table etc.

Perhaps I'm thinking of a kind of an over the shoulder training where one could watch the process. Perhaps I'm asking too much or perhaps I'm just plain dumb :)

If I'm asking for too much, please forgive. If I'm just plain dumb, please don't judge me :)

I look forward to your response.

Kind regards

Hi Mel

I sincerely appreciate your and Thomas' responses.
Are you able to see the response I sent to Thomas?
I'm not sure how these threads work as I am accustomed to working in a different Help Desk platform.
If you can see that reply, then great !
If not, let me know and I can send it to you as well.

Kind regards
Amien

Amien, as soon as you open a PDF in the software, simply click the "Save" button and it will pop up a dialog for you to save it as a project. You can create as many projects as you want and open them when you want in the File menu.

Did you buy the Action Taker software from Joan during her Holiday special or when she first launched the "7 IM Success Habits" Action Taker in May or June of last year? Did you buy any of the upsells?

If you did, or if you have received some of her bonuses last year, then you probably have access to all of the videos that were part of that. Those videos show how to brand the software and create a copy as your own.

I contacted Joan so she can send you the download links to the tutorials and other files.

Everything is the same, but in the case of having Xtreme, you can also create a copy with full plr (the same as Joan does with her "Ultimate" version of the ATS software), plus you can create as many projects as you like as I mentioned in my previous comment.

Also, you can now add web pages that show up as browsers in the sidebar (of PDFXtreme) - if you have any of her recent bonuses, you'll see examples of this in the new ATS 2.0 versions she has given away - videos in the sidebar are on web pages.

Hi Amien,

No, you're not asking for too much and you most defnitely are not stupid. We all suffer from the same thing when it comes to doing something new. We can get ahead of ourselves and start thinking of a million things when what we really need to do is to take a step back and break it down into small, simple steps so it isn't so overwhelming.

That is why I like using a forum for support. That way we can bounce ideas off of everyone.

I will do a quick video of how you can get started. Don't worry about the run as admin or creating backups. We will concentrate on adding a PDF and building up a unique course.

I'll try and knock out a video today and post it here when done. :)

Thomas

P.S. In the next update you won't have to run as admin. ;)

Hi Thomas

Thank you.

Yes you were right about joining this support group.

You, Mel and Joan Altres have been very helpful and I now feel less alone :)

Xtreme is a great software. and I would like to focus on it as a source of my own personal empowerment, and in return helping others with it too.

One of the things I'll be doing locally as a PILOT project, before going broader, is promoting the Xtreme concept at various flea markets, bazaars, Business commerce events etc

This is one of the ideas Joan suggested and I think it so doable and practical for my situation especially as an Xtreme newbie.

So dedicated tutorial videos will be very meaningful.

I picture playing these videos at these events and doing real demonstrations on my laptop.

I will run this pilot project for a few months and see how people respond to it.

I'd rather you don't rush about putting the tutorial video/s together.

I have enough patience to wait as I know you are all very busy.

As long as I have some idea when the video/s will be ready and where I can view it.

Appreciate you all and look forward to the next Xtreme update.

Kind regards

Thanks for your patience Amien. I'm trying to get some time to knock out a video. I need to get some resources together in order to show how I would go about creating a new course.

I will update this thread when it is available.

We have a holiday today so I will probably not get it done tonight.

Excellent !

I will start building a course using your video as my first guide and then progressively work through the other videos as well.

Sincerely appreciated
