Moves the mouse to an offset from the top-left corner of the PageElement.
Click the Click for Options link to bring up the Options dialog.
Element – the PageElement being used.
Offset X – the x coordinate to move the mouse to the right or left.
Offset Y – the y coordinate to move the mouse up or down.
