Select the form the Banner Item will be added
Under the Forms section, click the Banner button.
To add a new Banner Item, click the Add button.
Double click to load the image, add in the Url and click Ok.
Run the program and navigate to the correct Form Detail View.
Right click anywhere on the form and click the Customize Layout option.
The Banner Item will be listed under Hidden Items.
Drag and drop the Banner Item onto the Form.
Removing a Banner Item
Selec the correct row to remove and click the Remove button.
Confirm deletion by clicking OK.
