Maintaining and customizing Smartflo can be done by clicking the Tools page.
The model editor is where you will be able to create custom forms and add editors to the forms.
This allows you to create custom solutions for you unique business.
Clicking the Automation Server will start the server.
No automation scripts will run until you start the Automation Server.
The Server can be accessed within the system tray.
Backup – this copies your database to a local file path.
Restore – restores the Smartflo database from a local backup.
Repair – repairs the database when locks are not released.
The Home navigation menu will contain all of your custom forms.
The Boards navigation menu will contain all of your Kanban Boards.
The Dashboards navigation menu will contain all of your dashboards.
The Documents navigation menu will contain different types of document options.
Note: Creating custom Document, Spreadsheet, Mindmap, Diagram or Pdf Forms will be contained in the Home navigation.
The Modules navigation menu contains build in features.
Automation – access all of you Auto or Scheduled scripts.
Dashboards – allows access to edit existing Dashboards.
KPI – creates Key Performance Indicators.
Report – access to Reports and Snap Reports (ad-hoc).
State Machine – access to creating statuses for custom forms.
The Services navigation menu will contain all interactions with other programs or websites.
When you run Smartflo for the first time, it will ask you to register your copy by typing in the email address (Paypal Email Address) that was used to purchase and clicking Register.
