Creates a new File and returns a FileItem.
Click the Click for Options link to bring up the Options dialog.
File – path to the the file that will be created.
Result – returns a FileItem.
To select a path, click the New button on the left.
File path can also be set using a Variable.
Navigate to the desired directory, select the file and click Open.
