Click the One To Many button in the Relationships section.
Select the Parent (Form) of the Relationship.
While holding the mouse down, drag to the Form that will represent the Child.
The Parent will include a Grid that will allow you to add Many different Children.
The Child will have a Property Editor that will allow you to add only one Parent.
