DBXtreme List and Details View Not Working

Hi Thomas!

Getting into testing DBXtreme more and when choosing List and Details view, the window doesn't show up when running the customizer. I tried closing and restarting, clicking a different object and clicking back on what I had the List and Details view applied to, and no L&D window shows up no matter what I do.

Mel, you're killing my ego. At least take a day before you find the bugs. lol

Great catch! Forgot to add some code. This is fixed and will be in the next update.
