The Typhoon Odette (Rai) was very close to Aileen in the Visaya's and i
haven't heard from her since Thurs night when the storm hit really bad.
I messaged her sisters too but i think the power lines and maybe Cell tower might be affected as they're
probably not able to charge their phones.
They had a bulletin which is standard to turn off power in case of flooding and electrical shock hazards but the winds were 150km/h+ and the EYE was scary to see on www.pagasa.dost.gov.ph
