Simple and easy

I like to keep things as simple as possible, so as my web business has grown, I have found it very difficult to keep files in order, particularly when you are operating multiple websites. So, I had a system of folders to keep some type of order; see the Mindmap pic below. I am now using Mindmapextreme, where I can attach many types of documents to the map.
There are thousands of us with a similar problem, and a solution to this and many other similar situations is in our hands with Tiger Software.
The xtreme series is massive and presents fantastic opportunities for marketing ideas.

I have been on the Internet for about 25 years and collected thousands of information products; some are outdated, and many are current; even the outdated can be a source of ideas and made current with some tweaking.
I currently have 34 items in my current projects file, and this becomes quite untidy at times and needs to be ordered with planning, etc; I am not alone in this type of situation in the internet marketing business. This is a big problem, so there is probably an opportunity here to market to the marketer/sales types on the Internet.
Just another idea.
