You may or may not have heard of Continuum.
It's part or will be part of Windows 10 and it's suppose to allow you run apps from multiple of devices like a windows 10 phone to a windows 10 tablet all the way to laptop and desktop.
Supposedly it will work the same on all devices.
Now, the windows 10 phone will need a docking bay to which it will connect to a monitor (not sure about TV). You should be able to add mouse and keyboard.
It basically makes your windows 10 a computer.
Sounds cool but unfortunately it won't run our programs since we rely on the .net framework. Maybe down the road it will when processing and ram get better.
That doesn't mean we won't be able to tap into the continuum.
I just read that you will be able to connect to Microsoft RemoteApp on a windows 10 phone and run it just like a continuum program.
If you don't remember, I posted about RemoteApp running our apps in the cloud on Macs, Android and Windows operating systems.
I have been following RemoteApp and it's coming along quite nicely. I will be testing it out personally this year once I get caught up on other projects.
Basically, you will be able to take a program and create a SAAS business model including monthly pricing using RemoteApp.
So there you have it.

P.S. I wouldn't mind traveling around without the need of a laptop. Just pull out the phone, connect it to a tv or monitor and get access to my programs on RemoteApp.
